HOW TO MAKE BAEL SHERBET
INGREDIENT:
Medium-sized 2 bael fruits
4 cups of water
Sugar or honey (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the bael fruit into two part and then use a spoon to scoop the pulp out of it
  2. Remove the seed and fibrous part of the fruit
  3. Add the pulp into a food mixer with 2 cups of water
  4. Blend it until there is smooth and strain through a strainer to remove the remaining fiber or seeds if any
  5. Add 2 cups of remaining water to the strained juice and then mix it well
  6. Taste the juice and add sugar or honey if needed again mix it well .
  7. Put the juice in the refrigerator for chilling . keep it for an hour . then serve it .

NOTE: Traditionally bael fruit juice is served without any seasoning but you can adjust the amount of sweetness according to your preference.

INGREDIENT:

  • 1 cup of bael pulp
  • 1 cup of powdered jaggery
  • 1 tbsp ghee
  • ½ tbsp cardamom powder
  • ¼ cup almond and cashew nut chopped properly
    INSTRUCTION:
  1. Remove the outer shell of the bael fruit
  2. In the mixer , grind the pulp and make it a smooth paste
  3. Heat ghee in the low flame in a heavy bottomed pan
  4. Add the bael pulp into the pan and keep stirring
  5. When it becomes sticky , add jaggery and then mix well
  6. Then , add cardamom powder and chopped nuts and stir well
  7. Turn off the flame and let the mixture cool for a bit
  8. Serve this healthy and perfect snack for the day
    You can store these for 2 -3 weeks in an airtight container

  1. HOW TO MAKE BAEL MURAB
    INGREDIENT: –
  • 1kg bael fruit
  • 1kg sugar
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp saffron strands INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Wash the bael fruit properly and cut them into small pieces
  2. Remove the seeds and pulp from the fruit
  3. Take a deep pan , add water and bael pieces , cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the fruit becomes soft
  4. Add some sugar to the pan and cook on the low heat until the sugar melt completely
  5. Add the cardamom powder and saffron strands in the pan and then stir well
  6. Remove the pan from heat and let it cool completely
  7. Move the mixture to a clean and dry jar and store it for 2 weeks
  8. After 2 weeks bael murabba is ready to enjoy , have it with crackers or toast

    INGEDIENTS:

  • 2 medium sized bael fruit , cut them and remove seeds
  • ¼ cup pf chopped mint leaves
  • ¼ cups of chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 2-3 green chopped chilies
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • And take water as necessary

INSTRUCTION :

  1. In an mixture , add chopped bael and grind it until it is smooth
  2. Transfer the grinded fruit to a bowl and add water as required
  3. Add the chopped mint and cilantro leaves , green chillies , and chopped onion into a bowl
  4. Add salt , roasted cumin powder , sugar and lemon juice and mix it well
  5. Taste the chutney and adjust seasoning as prefferd
  6. Store the chutney in air tight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days
  7. After 4 days serve the chilled chutney with your favourite snacks like chaat pakoras samosa or any fries
  8. HOW TO MAKE A BAEL PANNA DRINK
    INGREDIENTS :
  • 1 medium sized riped bael fruit
  • ½ cup of jaggery or sugar
  • 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
  • ½ tbsp black salt
  • 1 L water
  • Mint leaves
    INSTRUCTION :
  1. Break the bael fruit and take out the pulp. Remove the seeds and fibers
  2. Add water to the pulp and crush it properly by your hand to bring out the juice
  3. Strain the juice using a strainer
  4. Add jaggery or sugar to the juice and then mix properly until it melts properly
  5. Add roasted cumin powder , black salt and stir in well
  6. Chill the drink for hours and then serve immediately over ice
  7. Garnish with mint leaves as your wish
